Start with your hardest workflow

Bring the workflow that currently breaks: multi-location inventory, marketplace feeds, B2B pricing, warehouse exceptions, returns, 3PL fulfillment, catalog enrichment, purchasing, or demand planning. Ask the vendor to walk through that process from start to finish.

The best demo question is "what happens next?" If inventory changes, do channels update? If product data improves, do feeds improve? If an order has an exception, can warehouse, service, and leadership see the same context?
